Samantha Jones is a paralegal at Durak Law, known for her detail-oriented approach and commitment to client service. In her current role, she helps manage 100+ active matters by maintaining organized paper and electronic files, calendaring key deadlines, and communicating regularly with clients and the team to keep cases moving forward smoothly. She also reviews legal documents for accuracy and compliance with local and state rules and prepares a wide range of documents for attorney review, including court orders, marital dissolution agreements, affidavits, petitions, complaints, motions, and parenting plans.
Before joining Durak Law, Samantha worked for a law firm, supporting multiple attorneys by balancing calendars and court deadlines, drafting pleadings and motions, and handling sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality. She earned her B.A. in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University, graduating in December 2023 with an overall GPA of 3.89 and Dean’s List recognition.
Outside the office, Samantha is big on crochet, cross-stitch, embroidery, and crafting with recycled materials. She’s also an avid reader with a special love for historical fiction—her all-time favorite author is Barbara Kingsolver.
